F/O'S FLASH LIGHT BATTERY INDICATOR NOT FLASHING.  REMOVED AND REPLACED F/O'S FLASHLIGHT ASSY IAW AMM 25-61-02.  OP CK GOOD.  REMOVED AND REPLACED F/O'S FLASHLIGHT ASSY IAW AMM 25-61-02 OP CHECK GOOD.  VERIFIED PARTS EFFECTIVITY.
