F/A'S FLASHLIGHT RED LED IS NOT BLINKING.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FA'S FLASHLIGHT IAW AMM 25-61-02, OPS CHECK GOOG.  A/C OK FOR SVC PART EFFECTIVITY VERIFIED.
