F/A'S FLASHLIGHT STRAP IS BROKEN AND DOES NOT BLINK RED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED F/A FLASHLIGHT BATTERY AS REQ'D.  VERIFIED PART EFFECTIVITY.  OK FOR SVC.
