AILERONS BINDING AND ARE HEAVIER THAN NORMAL.  PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF AILERON IAW AMM 27-11-00.  OPS CHECKED GOOD, NO ISSUES NOTED AT THIS TIME.  OK FOR SERVICE.
