## Discrepancy

THRUST LEVER FRICTION ADJUSTMENT KNOB IS STUCK WILL NOT MOVE EITHER DIRECTION.  RELEASED THRUST LEVER FRICTION LOCK FROM BEING OVER TIGHTENED.  OPS CHECK NORMAL IAW AMM 76-10-00.
