DIVERTED FOR FIRST OFFICER`S SIDE WINDOW CRACKED.  NO EMERGENCY DECLARED, LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FIRST OFFICER’S SIDE WINDOW.  OPS AND LEAK CHECKED.
