FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTS FLIGHT ATTENDANTS FLASHLIGHT NOT BLINKING.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FLIGHT ATTENDANTS FLASHLIGHT BATTERY IAW AMM 25-60-10.  ALL CHECKS GOOD, OK FOR SERVICE.
