FLIGHT ATTENDANT FLASHLIGHT DOES NOT HAVE RED INDICATING FLASHING LIGHT, AS SIGN THAT IT IS BEING CHARGED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FLIGHT ATTENDANT FLASHLIGHT BATTERY REF AMM 25-61-02.
