INBOARD GUIDE PLATE ON INBOARD AFT HINGE FAIRING ON RIGHT OUTBOARD FLAP HAS CHAFE DAMAGE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED INBOARD GUIDE PLATE ON INBOARD AFT HINGE FAIRING WITH NEW UNIT IAW CRJ 200 SRM 51-42-06-00.
