AMOC DATED DECEMBER 7,2012 AND PA AD27-052J.  PERFORMED FREEZE CHECK OF ALL FLAP ACTUATORS.  REPLACED LEFT FLEXSHAFTS 1-5.  REPLACED RIGHT FLEXSHAFTS 1, 3, 5.
