CEILING LEVEL EMERGENCY FLOODLIGHT AT ROW 5 INOPERABLE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT LAMP (CEILING ROW 5) IAW AMM 33-51-16.  OPS CHECKS GOOD.  DEFER CLEARED, REMOVED PLACARD.
