CREW REPORT EMERGENCY LIGHT SYSTEM INOPERABLE UPON ARRIVAL IN DTW.  REPLACED ALL FOUR EMERGENCY BATTERY PACKS IAW CRJ 200 AMM 33-51-04.  OPS CHECKS GOOD.  AIRCRAFT OK FOR SERVICE.
