## Discrepancy

ON FLIGHT 4354 (MSP TP DAY) PERFORMED AN AIR RETURN FOR A GEAR RETRACTION ISSUE.  THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AND FLIGHT CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY.  REPLACED SIDE STAY ACTUATOR, OK FOR SERVICE.
