YAW DAMPER INOPERATIVE STATUS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED DURING FLIGHT.  RESET MULTIPLE TIMES, CONTINUED TO DISCONNECT.  REPLACED YAW DAMPER NR 1 IAW AMM 22-22-01. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
