## Discrepancy

DAMAGE TO THE LT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER SPAR LOWER FLANGE. THE FLANGE HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY REWORKED RESULTING IN A CUTOUT MEASURING 1.6" X 1.2".  REPAIRED IAW EA CRJ255-01882.
