THERE IS NO MX WRITE UP FOR THIS, BUT MX COMMENTS REGARDING A DELAYED FLIGHT ON 4/29, NR 3906, INDICATE THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT EMER FLASHLIGHT WAS NOT WORKING & THAT THE BATTERY WAS REPLACED.
