GEAR DISAGREE WARNING CAME ON AFTER TAKEOFF.  FOUND NLG COLLAPSED, REPACK NLG STRUT IAW JC 900-32-710-901.  PERFORMED LG SWING IAW AMM 32-30-00.  ALL OPERATIONS CHECKED NORMAL.
