## Discrepancy

ALL CABIN EMER LIGHTS WILL NOT TEST ON.  CLEANED EMER LIGHT PANEL, CHARGED EMER LIGHT BATTERY IAW AMM 33-24-10 + 33-51=00.  OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME.
