## Discrepancy

ACCESS HOLE FOR FUEL PANEL 640BB HAS DAMAGE TO THE LANDING.  CONTINUATION CARD 8788611 OP 222.  REPAIRED FUEL TANK CUT OUT FOR 640BB IAW REO 601R-57-21-030 REV L DATED 02 05 14.  LEAK CHECKED GOOD.  THIS IS A MAJOR REPAIR.
