RIGHT LOWER WING PLANK CUT OUT FOR FUEL PANEL 650HB, HAS FRETTING DAMAGE ON INBD SIDE, NON-CRITICAL REGION.  REPAIRED IAW REO 601R-57-21-030 REV L DATED 2014 02 05.  REFER TO ATTACHED REO FOR WORK PERFORMED.  THIS IS A MAJOR REPAIR.
