## Discrepancy

BS 409+128, RBL 18, OTBD VERTICAL POST HAS AN INDICATION IN THE AFT FLANGE RADIUS AT WL 69, .250" L BY 55% FSH & INBD VERTICAL POST HAS AN INDICATION IN THE AFT FLANGE RADIUS AT WL 62, .260" L BY 68% FSH.  FAILED NDT INSPECTION.    FABRICATED STIFFENER & INSTALLED POST ASSEMBLY.  ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW REO 601R-53-41-88, SNIEO 601R32208S24 & SRM 51-42-06.  THIS IS A MAJOR REPAIR.
