OXYGEN MASK ABOVE 9CD DEPLOYED AT TAKEOFF.  OXYGEN MASK STOWAGE PANEL NOT SECURED PROPERLY.   RESTOWED THE MASKS IAW AMM 35-21-09. OK FOR SERVICE.
