APPROACHING FINAL, WENT TO SELECT FLAPS 8, & FLAPS FAIL CAUTION MESSAGE. RAN APH, LANDED WITH OUT INCIDENT.   REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LT BPSU IAW AMM 27-51-10.
