BURNING ODOR IN GALLEY JUST AFTER LANDING. OVEN AND COFFEEMAKERS WERE OFF.    REMOVED AND REPLACED GALLEY OVEN IAW AMM 25-32-01. OPS CHECKED PERFORMED SATISFACTORY IAW AMM 25-32-01.
