DURING LINE CHECK,  THE EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS DID NOT ILLUMINATE.  R & R THE BATTERY PACK AT PS3LF IAW 33-900-701, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
