## Discrepancy

OXYGEN MASK IN FWD LAVATORY FELL OUT DURING FLIGHT. STOWED THE OXYGEN MASK IAW AMM 35-21-17. ALL CHECKED GOOD. VISUALLY INSPECTED AND FOUND THAT OXYGEN GENERATOR STILL HAS THE PIN LOCKOUT IN, NEVER USED.
