VERTICAL POST AT RBL 18, BS 409+128 WAS CRACKED AT THE BOTTOM FLANGE, OTBD AFT SIDE.  REPAIRED THE VERTICAL POST IAW REO 601R-53-41-0056. MAJOR REPAIR
