FOUND FS 559 RH SIDE BULKHEAD WEB OB OF RBL 9.0 WL 58.70 .300 LONG 75% FSH. FAILED NDT INSPECTION.  COMPLIED WITH REPAIR TO THE 559 BULKHEAD IAW EO P53025 REO 601R-53-41- 260 REV G, 601R-53-41-609 REV D AND 601R-53-41-2856 REV--.NO DEFECTS NOTED.
