REMOVED SECTION STRINGER STR21R BETWEEN FS581 TO FS629, IAW CRJ-900 SRM 51-42-06-001-001-A01.  INSTALLED SECTION STRINGER STR21R BETWEEN FS581 TO FS629, IAW CRJ-900 SRM 51-42-06-001-001-A01.
