LANDING GEAR DISAGREE WARNING ON APPROACH. RAN QRH AND CYCLED GEAR HANDLE BUT GEAR STAYED UP. PERFORMED GEAR MANUAL EXTENSION.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LANDING GEAR SELECTOR VALVE IAW CRJ AMM 32-32-10. OPS CHECK GOOD.
