MESSAGE REMAINED  PER MOD, OK TO DEFER L WSHLD HEAT CONTROLLER PER MEL 30-41-1A. (M) PROCEDURES COMPLIED WITH. PLACARD INSTALLED,    REMOVED AND REPLACED LH WINDSHIELD PER JOB CARD 900-56-900-901. OPS CHECK GOOD AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. NO DEFECTS AT THIS TIME. PLACARD REMOVED,
