## Discrepancy

CORROSION ON THE ACCESS PANELS 642AZ, 642BZ, 542AZ, & 542BZ. THE  ACCESS PANELS WERE REMOVED IAW SRM 51-21-06-001-001-A01, AND WERE EVALUATED OUT LIMITS IAW SRM 53-00-00-101-001-A01 & REPLACED.
