CRACKED FLOORBEAMS (2 EA) BTWN LBL12 - RBL12, BS 280 & 265.  THE FLOORBEAM REMOVED IAW DWG CC670-33199 REV -B & DLA 5039. THE FLOORBEAMS WERE REPLACED IAW SRM 51-42-21-001-001-A01, AND SRM 51-42-06-001-001-A01.
