DURING A SCHEDULED INSP , A 1 INCH LONG CRACK WAS DISCOVERED ON A DOUBLER LOCATED ON THE LT SIDE OF THE TAILBOOM AT THE VERTICAL FIN TO TAILBOOM JUNCTION.
