## Discrepancy

DURING MX A 1" LONG CRACK WAS DISCOVERED IN THE TAILBOOM VERTICAL FIN OUTER SKIN STARTING FROM AN ACCESS OPENING AT THE UPPER END OF THE VERTICAL FIN.  REPAIR SCHEME REQUEST WAS SUBMITTED FROM THE MFG.
