## Discrepancy

A .012" DEEP .3750" LONG SCRATCH WAS FOUND ON THE RT SIDE OF THE TAIL BOOM UNDER THE OMEGA STRINGER, 12 INCHES AFT OF THE CONNECTING FLANGE.
