## Discrepancy

LOST HYD FLUID DOWN TO STAND PIPE.  FOUND O-RING SEAL LEAKING AT T FITTING ON RUDDER ACCUMULATOR.  REMOVED AND REPLACED SEAL, SERVICED HYD SYST.  OPS CK GOOD, NO LEAKS NOTED.
