HYDRAULIC OIL LOW LIGHT CAME ON HYDRAULIC QUANTITY DECREASING, RESERVOIR LOW PRESSURE LIGHT ON.  EMERGENCY PROCEDURE INITIATED.  EMERGENCY DECLARED.  FOUND HYD LINE MISSING PACKING REPLACED PACKING RAN  ENGINES AND AUX PUMP.  NO LEAKS NOTED, OPS NORMAL.
