BLEED AIR LT & RT ILLUMINATED.  EXTINGUISHED AFTER FOLLOWING ABNORMAL CHECKLIST.  ACFT HAD NOT FLOWN FOR SEVERAL MONTHS.  REPLACED LEAKING SOV GASKET.
