BLEED AIR FAIL LIGHT ILLUMINATED WHEN BLEED AIR IN CLOSED POSITION.  REPLACEMENT OF THE PNEUMATIC SOV SOLVED THE ISSUE.  NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.
