FORWARD DOOR CABLE, (PN 89630004) FRAYED AT UPPER SWAGGED FITTING WHERE T HANDLE SCREWS ON CABLE REPLACED WITH NEW.  INADEQUATE DESIGN OF SUPPORT CABLES.  CABLE KINKS AT END OF SWAGGING WHICH CAUSE FAILURE.
