RIGHT ENGINE MAKES NOISE WHEN PROP MOVED BY HAND.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT ENGINE AND PROPELLER AS A QEC ASSEMBLY.  SPLIT ENGINE AT C-FLANGE AND FOUND POWER TURBINE RUB.
