ACFT GROUNDED,  LT PROP FEATHERED FOR 5 SECONDS AND RETURNED TO NORMAL OPERATION. DURING TAKEOFF.  REPAIRED CHAFED WIRE ON LT PROP BETA SOLENOID.  CHECKED LT ENG CHIP DETECTOR AS PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE.  CHECK WAS NEGATIVE.  REQUESTED POERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT. CHECK FLIGHT SAT.
