## Discrepancy

LEFT PROPELLER DOES NOT TURN, LOCKED, CAUSED BY HOT START.  REMOVED LT ENGINE AND PROPELLER.  INSTALLED LT ENGINE AND PROP ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED IAW WORK CARD 72-00.  ENGINE RUNS SAT NO LEAKS NOTED.
