## Discrepancy

DURING EMMA INSPECTION NR 13, A CRACK WAS FOUND ON ELEVATOR CENTER HINGE BRACKET UPPER SUPPORT DOUBLER.  REPLACED HORIZONTAL STABILIZER, RIGGED CONTROLS, AND TEST FLIGHT SATISFACTORY IAW DHC-6-300 MM AND SEABORNE GMM.  (X)
