## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT IN FLIGHT EXPERIENCED HYDRAULIC LIGHT AND THEN HYDRAULIC FAILURE.  AIRCRAFT SAFELY RETURNED TO AIRPORT AND LANDED.  FAILURE OF HYDRAULIC BELT AT THE JOINING SEAM WAS THE CAUSE OF FAILURE.
