FLIGHT 5097 FROM CLT TO PGV: DURING PREFLIGHT, AIRCREW FOUND FLOOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS OUT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED WIRING HARNESS FOR TWO FORWARD LIGHTS AND REPLACED EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK. SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
