DURING HEAVY MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE ELECTRO PNEUMATIC FLOW CONTROL UNIT FAILS AUTOMATIC DROP TEST.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FLOW CONTROL UNIT IAW B727 MM 352111.  OPS CHECK NORMAL IAW B727 MM 352100.
