## Discrepancy

MAIN RUDDER PCU BOLT BROKEN IN LINKAGE.  FOUND DAMAGE TO HINGE RIB 66.42 AND 56.48.  BLENDED OUT DAMAGE.  RE-INSTALLED NEW MAIN RUDDER PCU.  PERFORMED PENETRANT INSPECTION.  AREA PREPPED AND PRIMED.
