## Discrepancy

DURING CRUISE STAB OUT OF TRIM ILLUMINATED UNABLE TO MOVE TRIM MANUALLY.  DIVERTED TO MEM.  EMERGENCY DECLARED.  FLIGHT LANDED SAFELY.  REMOVED AND REPLACED STAB TRIM ACTUATOR.
